  1. It's amazing how many different formatting options there are for electronic documents and designs now. Changes in technology also require changes in that area! I've never even used a Tablet before. Do any of you?

  2. I use an iPad daily! I got one because I started reading on a Kindle, and wanted something bigger with better light. Now, I can't imagine going a day or two without using it! I love it.

  3. My husband has an iPad and I've never really cared too much about having one until watching the tutorial. I got excited that you can create magazines w/ an iPad but then my heart sank when I discovered once again InDesign is necessary. Guess it's destined that I learn to love it! I liked Rupert's tutorial (Downton Abbey accent!) and was excited to see that once can create interactive elements to one's magazine such as slide shows and 360 views. I'm more motivated to learn InDesign than I was before. (Just have to watch more of the basic tutorials to get to this level.)

  4. I like the idea of a tablet but I've always preferred the use of my computer more for the simple fact it has USB ports and a disk drive. Features that a lot of tablets don't have. I never realised the amount of layers used to create a design like that. I'm not super knowledgable when it comes to InDesign but it would be nice to be able to have the knowledge so I can create some better designs in future.
